Hey, it's Dave. i wanted to talk about "the Goddess" psilocybin.

*The Science in a Nutshell* 

Psilocybin - called ‘psilocin’ when it’s being used by the body - is the only known substance that measurably creates and amplifies neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity (or "neural plasticity" is one of the most important components of mental health and well-being. 

Neuroplasticity is basically the brain's ability to rewire itself. When we are depressed, suffering from anxiety, or in any kind of a mental rut, with recurring negative thoughts, this is essentially a lack of neuroplasticity. psilocybin - whether used recreationally or therapeutically - restores and builds neuroplasticity, making it easier to move beyond depression, PTSD, stress, etc.

The effect is almost instantaneous and can help the brain make better pathways so we can leave the ones that don't serve us behind.
